UI/UX Trainer cum Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on UI/UX design principles, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Create course materials, assignments, assessments, and hands-on projects.
• Mentor students and provide guidance on portfolios, capstone projects, and career readiness.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications following modern UI/UX best practices.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, user research, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or training.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
