UI/UX -Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX- Team Lead to join our team and create user-friendly, visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, proficiency in leading design tools, and experience in translating ideas into engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, typography, and color schemes.
• Apply user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects

Hands-on experience with AI tools for design enhancement, ideation, and workflow optimization

• Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in:
• Figma
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility guidelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
