UI/UX Lead

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to lead the user experience strategy and interface design for a Visitor Management System (VMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, modern, and user-friendly experiences across the visitor registration, check-in, approval, tracking, and management journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX strategy and design for the Visitor Management System.
• Understand user needs, business requirements, and visitor management workflows.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into effective UX solutions.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive experiences for different VMS users, including visitors, employees, reception/security teams, and administrators.
• Establish and maintain UI/UX standards, design systems, and reusable components.
• Work closely with the Business Analyst, developers, product/project teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct usability reviews and continuously identify opportunities to improve the user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design on software projects.
• Strong experience leading UI/UX strategy and interface design.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise applications or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and design systems.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
