Key Responsibilities

User Experience (UX) Design

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.

Develop and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

User Interface (UI) Design

Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that reflect the brands visual identity.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and implement interactive elements.

Graphic Design

Create and maintain design assets, including icons, banners, and illustrations.

Ensure all designs are visually consistent with brand guidelines and industry standards.

Produce visual content for marketing and promotional materials as needed.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and project goals.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a solid portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Robust understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
