UI/UX & Email Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting email creatives for promotional, lifecycle, and automated campaigns.
• Create visually appealing UI designs for websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Development teams for campaign execution.
• Design banners, icons, graphics, and other digital assets as required.
• Optimize email layouts for higher engagement, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct UI improvements based on user behavior and performance data.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX, email marketing, and design trends.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile interfaces.
• Knowledge of email design best practices and email client compatibility.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX and email design.
• Experience with eCommerce brands is preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and email marketing creatives is mandatory.
