Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for citizen-centric applications.

Develop responsive UI/UX designs that meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver user-friendly digital experiences.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine design solutions.

Ensure consistency and scalability of design across web, mobile, and assisted service channels.

Support the configuration of the UI/UX engine and design system as per project and RFP requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: MCA / B.Tech / BE or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

Robust understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and workflow-driven UI/UX engines.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Prior experience in e-Governance or citizen service portal projects. Key Responsibilities
