Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and analysis Create wireframes prototypes and interactive mockups Collaborate with cross-functional teams product development etc Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces Organize and conduct user testing to gather feedback Build and maintain design systems and style guides Stay updated with UI UX trends and best practices Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in design tools e g Figma Sketch Adobe XD Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience with wireframing prototyping and user flows Familiarity with front-end development HTML CSS JavaScript Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to conduct and analyze user research and testing Preferred Experience 6 months to 1 year of experience as a UI UX Designer Experience working in an Agile development environment Bachelor s or master s degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design Computer Science or related field Certification or training in UX design or related areas Experience with designing for multiple platforms web mobile Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Shimla Himachal Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
