UI/UX Designer (with Front-End Capabilities)

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Wireframing: Translate complex user needs into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes.
• UI & Visual Design: Design high-fidelity, visually stunning user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test concepts, present ideas to stakeholders, and hand off to the engineering team.
• Design-to-Code Implementation: Write clean, semantic HTML and responsive, modern CSS to turn design concepts into pixel-perfect web pages.
• Interaction Design: Utilize JavaScript to implement basic client-side interactions, animations, and dynamic UI components

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience working in a UI/UX or product design role (agency or in-house).
• Design Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD, including components, auto-layout, and design systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Media Queries for responsive design).
• Solid fundamental understanding of JavaScript (DOM manipulation, event handling, basic animations).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your user-centered design process, UI execution, and examples of live code or coded components.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
