Role Description

This is a full time hybrid UI/UX Designer role based in Visakhapatnam, with flexibility for some work from home. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business goals into intuitive user flows, and maintain design consistency across products. The designer will conduct user research and usability testing, refine designs based on feedback and data, and ensure that all solutions align with accessibility and responsive design standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing design specifications, working with front-end developers during implementation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes and guidelines.
