We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer (Fresher) who is eager to learn, create intuitive user experiences, and support our marketing team with creative visual content.

Job Description

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Understand project requirements and convert ideas into user-friendly digital experiences.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability and accessibility.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Graphic Design Support

• Design social media posts, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Create Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) creatives.
• Design brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support the marketing team with branding and campaign creatives while maintaining design consistency.

Website Support

• Assist in designing and updating WordPress websites.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is preferred.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, developers, and the marketing team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX, graphic design, and AI design tools.

Skills Required

Design Skills

• Good knowledge of Figma
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Canva is an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• WordPress knowledge is an added advantage

Design Knowledge

• UI/UX Principles
• Typography
• Color Theory
• Layout & Visual Hierarchy
• Responsive Design

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Qualification

• Any Bachelor's Degree (B.E., B.Tech., BCA, B.Sc., B.Des., BFA, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent)
• UI/UX Design certification is an added advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing academic or personal projects is preferred.
