Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer Trainee to join our design team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or aspiring designers who are passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with experienced designers and developers to design user-friendly web and mobile applications while learning industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement design solutions.
• Maintain design consistency using style guides and design systems.
• Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets when required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of design systems.
• Understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
