UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital products.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
• Continuously improve product usability based on analytics and user insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (or as per company requirement).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
