Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX design, from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final high‑fidelity deliverables.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to extract actionable insights that shape product direction.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user‑centric solutions.
• Advocate for user needs in cross‑functional meetings, presenting design rationale and data‑driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a product‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Hands‑on experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for creating delightful, accessible, and inclusive user experiences.
