Job Summary

Mastropay Technologies Private Limited is hiring a talented UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience to design engaging and user-friendly web and mobile applications. We are looking for a creative professional with a strong understanding of user experience, interface design, and modern design systems.

Candidates from North India will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing.
• Develop responsive designs for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Build and maintain design systems and UI components.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Improve existing products by identifying usability issues and proposing design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong expertise in Figma.
• Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and accessibility.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing eCommerce, FinTech, ERP, CRM, or SaaS applications is preferred.
• Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana are encouraged to apply.
