Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer with expertise in designing user-centric experiences for marketing platforms, content analytics, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually engaging, and highly functional interfaces that simplify complex analytical data, enabling marketers and business users to make informed decisions.

The role requires strong collaboration with product managers, developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences while maintaining scalable design systems and modern front-end standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesUX Strategy & Design

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process for marketing and content analytics platforms.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization interfaces.
• Ensure exceptional usability, accessibility, and responsive design across web applications.

Data-Driven Experience Design

• Transform complex analytical data into simple and engaging user experiences.
• Design interfaces that improve KPI tracking, reporting, and data exploration.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to enhance data storytelling through effective UI.
• Optimize user workflows to improve decision-making and productivity.

User Research & Collaboration

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Identify usability issues and recommend data-driven design improvements.
• Align product experiences with marketing objectives, user behavior, and business goals.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Analysts, and Marketing teams throughout the design lifecycle.

Design Systems & Consistency

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Promote reusable design patterns and modern UI best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js using component-based architecture and state management.
• Strong expertise in Next.js for building high-performance, SEO-friendly applications with SSR and SSG.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and CSS frameworks/libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Emotion.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, accessibility, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
• Strong experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, and data visualization interfaces.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of front-end applications with backend services.
• Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.
• Proven experience designing enterprise applications, analytics dashboards, or marketing technology platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web applications, dashboard designs, and data-driven user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing technology (MarTech), content management systems, or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as Chart.js, D3.js, or Recharts is an added advantage.
