Ui/ux Designer Kharar (India)

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Design: Gather and evaluate user requirements, and design intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications from concept to hand-off.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.

Design Aesthetics: Champion a clean, minimalist design approach across all digital assets, ensuring visual consistency, high-definition delivery, and brand alignment.

AI Integration: Actively utilize AI design and productivity tools to accelerate brainstorming, asset generation, and workflow efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with full-stack developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs and functionality.

User Testing: Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance analytics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2+ years of proven qualified experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a robust portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile projects.

Core Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop & Sketch.

AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into the design process.

Design Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design, typography, color theory, and responsive grid systems.

Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, Next.js, etc.) to effectively collaborate with the engineering team.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to articulate design decisions, and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
