Role Overview

As a UI/UX Design Intern at Zepcruit, students will gain hands-on experience by working on real-time projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Interns will contribute to designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging experiences for our AI-driven recruitment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.

• Work Mode: Onsite
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Position Type: Full-Time Salary: 3.5-4 LPA
• Stipend:5,000-10,000rs-/Month
