Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design principles, user experience, and user interface design. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, designing intuitive web and mobile interfaces, and collaborating with developers and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
• Create user-friendly UI designs for websites and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct basic UX research and implement user-centered design principles.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and design systems.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Design landing pages, dashboards, and responsive web interfaces.
• Edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and design best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe XD (preferred).
• Knowledge of Canva for quick marketing designs.
• Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 is an advantage.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or freelance experience is an added advantage.
