Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital products and services. The candidate should be passionate about creating user‑centered designs and should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user psychology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create user‑centered designs for digital products and services including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and templates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and technologies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user‑centered design and problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions to non‑design stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
