Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in designing and developing user-centric interfaces for complex software systems, particularly CRM and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in React.js, and hands-on experience with prototyping and wire framing. You will play a key role in creating seamless and engaging user experiences that enhance the functionality and usability of our products.

Working Days: Monday- Friday

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for CRM and ERP systems, using React.js to create interactive and responsive designs.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and enhance design outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative design environment.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Ensure designs align with company branding, visual standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for designing and developing interactive interfaces.
• Extensive experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for wireframing and prototyping.
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.
• Proven experience in building interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing to iterate on designs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing for enterprise software, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of UX research techniques, user personas, and journey mapping.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
• Experience with animation and interaction design for enhanced user experience.
• Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior designers.
