UI/UX Designer

Qualifications

• Strong UI design skills, including experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating responsive layouts for web and mobile interfaces.
• Demonstrated UX expertise in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar).
• Ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback.
• Understanding of modern front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript concepts) to ensure designs are implementable.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles, design systems, and best practices for cross-device and cross-browser experiences.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in a software development or digital product environment is preferred; a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.
