UI/UX Designer

Experience- 1-2 years Qualifications

Strong UI design skills, including experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating responsive layouts for web and mobile interfaces.

Demonstrated UX expertise in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Proficiency with industry-standard design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar).

Ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and incorporating feedback.

Understanding of modern front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript concepts) to ensure designs are implementable.

Knowledge of accessibility principles, design systems, and best practices for cross-device and cross-browser experiences.

Relevant degree or diploma in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in a software development or digital product environment is preferred; a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.
