UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Figma and visual design, with a fair understanding of UX processes, UI patterns, and design systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences.

Note: Candidates with experience limited to graphic design, branding, or social media creatives are not suitable. We require product-focused UI/UX experience with Figma and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI designs, prototypes, and specifications using Figma.
• Develop and maintain Figma-based design systems to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect designs.
• Apply visual design principles including typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy.
• Follow UX processes such as ideation, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and responsive design standards.
• Work in agile environments with iterative design delivery.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Strong visual design and attention to detail.
• Understanding of UX principles and human-centered design.
• Knowledge of UI standards such as Material Design or Apple HIG.
• Experience managing design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX process and outcomes.

Good to Have

• Experience in usability testing or user research.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend collaboration.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
