We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing exceptional digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Job Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the complete design lifecycle of digital products—from understanding user requirements to creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and collaborating with developers for implementation. You will work on both internal products and client projects, ensuring intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into intuitive user experiences.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing UI screens.
• Conduct UX research and analyze user behavior where required.
• Maintain consistency using design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Create assets, icons, illustrations, and design specifications for development.
• Ensure responsive and cross-platform compatibility.
• Improve existing products through usability enhancements and UI refinements.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of UI and UX principles.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred).
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems.
• Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with animation or micro-interactions is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,232.85 - ₹48,659.51 per month
