UI/UX Designer cum Graphic Designer (India)

About the Role

Logimetrix TechSolutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer cum Graphic Designer who can independently handle UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, Canva, and modern design tools, along with experience managing social media content and maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Conduct UI/UX research and improve user experience based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and update design systems and component libraries.

Graphic Design

• Create marketing creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and branding materials.
• Design engaging visuals for websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print materials.

Social Media Management

• Design and schedule social media posts for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Manage company social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Create engaging visual content, reels, and promotional creatives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and content planning.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma (UI/UX Design, Wireframing, Prototyping).
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and User Interface (UI) design.
• Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile applications.
• Experience in social media content creation and account management.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Experience working with IT companies, SaaS products, or digital agencies will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern design trends is an added advantage.
