About the Role

Constelli Signals is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for defense and mission-critical applications. The role involves close collaboration with product teams, developers, and clients to design effective solutions for complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI/UX for defense and mission-critical applications.
• Convert requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI consistency.
• Design dashboards, data-rich interfaces, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, domain experts, and clients.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, and user feedback sessions.
• product thinking and UX best practices to solve complex problems.
• Use AI tools to improve design efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating structured thinking and High Fidelity UI.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good understanding of design systems and modern UI design.
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise, dashboard, or defense-related applications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows.
