About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape how people experience the products we're building at Cocpit. You'll own the design process end-to-end — from early concept sketches and user research to polished, production-ready interfaces — working closely with founders and engineers to turn ambitious ideas into intuitive, beautiful products.

What You'll Do

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for new and existing products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Build and maintain a scalable design system/component library
• Collaborate directly with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately and thoughtfully
• Translate ambiguous, early-stage ideas into clear, usable product experiences
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and testing

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
• Ability to think both strategically (product vision) and tactically (pixel-level execution)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to justify design decisions with reasoning, not just aesthetics
• Bonus: experience designing for hardware, spatial, or emerging tech interfaces

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
