UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for user-centered design and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, capable of creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, business goals, and pain points.
• Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
• Design low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create clickable prototypes in Figma to validate user interactions and workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, spacing, and accessibility across all digital products.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and improve designs based on research and analytics.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Optimize existing products by identifying usability improvements and implementing best UX practices.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and design standards.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Understanding of interaction design, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive development principles.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer is an advantage.
• Experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, or Notion.
• Understanding of version control and developer collaboration workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Exceptional freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, prototypes, and design thinking process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, CRM platforms, e-commerce websites, or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and design thinking workshops.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is an added advantage.
