Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Own end-to-end UI design in Figma — from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Turn complex financial data and workflows into clear, readable dashboards and screens
• Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, states, typography)
• Apply strong information hierarchy, layout, and visual detail to data-dense screens
• Work closely with developers so designs ship accurately

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
• A strong portfolio of shipped product/app or dashboard interfaces (not just posters, logos, or concept work)
• Expert command of Figma
• Proven ability to design data-dense screens — tables, charts, dashboards — that stay clean and readable
• Solid grasp of design systems and consistency at scale
• Bonus: experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or analytics products
