We build AI products that people actually talk to — voice agents that handle live calls, WhatsApp agents that close conversations, document intelligence that reads what humans don't want to, and computer vision systems running in the field.

• nobody has figured out what an agentic AI product should look and feel like yet. That's the job. You're not skinning someone else's dashboard. You're deciding what this category looks like.

Your Role

• Own the end-to-end design of web apps, dashboards, and mobile interfaces for our AI products — from first wireframe to the pixel a developer implements
• Build and maintain a real design system in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, the whole thing. Not a sticker sheet — a system that scales
• Design for genuinely novel problems: what does a live voice agent conversation look like on screen? How do you show a user that an AI made a decision, and let them override it?
• Craft custom visual elements — glassmorphic surfaces, depth, motion, light. We care a lot about how things

feel

, not just where the buttons go

• Work directly with founders and engineers. No design-by-committee, no six layers of approval. You'll ship in weeks, not quarters
• Prototype interactions in Figma so we can feel the thing before we build it
• Sit with client requirements and turn vague enterprise asks into interfaces that make sense

What we're looking for

Non-negotiable

• A portfolio that speaks louder than your resume.

Behance, Dribbble, personal site — we want to see the work. Case studies over screenshots. Show us your thinking, not just your final frame

• Figma mastery

, not familiarity. Auto-layout, components, variants, constraints, tokens, prototyping. You should be fast in it

• Modern aesthetic instinct
• glassmorphism, depth and layering, considered typography, restrained colour, purposeful motion. You know why a blur radius matters and when it's just noise
• 1+ year

designing real, shipped web or mobile products (internships count if the work was real)

• Craft obsession.

4px matters to you. Inconsistent corner radii bother you. You'll notice the misaligned icon before we do

Strong bonus

• 3D or motion work — Spline, Blender, Rive, After Effects, Lottie
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding, or comfort reading a React component to know what's actually buildable
• Experience with GSAP/Framer Motion-style scroll and interaction design
• Illustration or custom icon-system chops
• You've designed something data-heavy — dashboards, analytics, admin panels.
