About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience working on digital products. The role involves understanding existing systems, identifying user and business problems, speaking directly with customers, and designing practical product improvements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning the complete design process, from research and problem definition to prototyping, validation, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Review existing products, workflows, and user journeys to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct customer interviews, user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Convert research insights into problem statements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Recommend new features based on customer needs, market research, product data, and business goals.
• Design intuitive and scalable experiences for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, business teams, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present design decisions clearly and support them with research and evidence.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to maintain design quality.
• Contribute to design systems and reusable components.
• Evaluate launched features and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong experience working on end-to-end digital products rather than only marketing websites or branding projects.
• A portfolio with product case studies demonstrating problem identification, research, design process, and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and validating solutions through user feedback.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and create practical product experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of product design initiatives.
• Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Familiarity with social, polling, survey, or community-based applications.
• Understanding of user engagement, onboarding, retention, and gamification.
• Experience designing features such as feeds, polls, voting, surveys, and results.
• Awareness of user privacy, anonymity, trust, and content moderation.
• Basic understanding of product analytics and blockchain-based products is an added advantage
