About the Role Our client is seeking a UI/UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital experience for agents and clients alike. Your creative vision and technical expertise will shape the user interfaces and experiences of tools and systems that are critical to business operations. By understanding the needs of both internal teams and end users, you will craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces that streamline processes and elevate overall user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web-based tools and applications. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate design decisions and improve user workflows. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries. Ensure design consistency and accessibility across platforms and products. Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.
