UI/UX Design Intern

Role Description As a UI/UX Design Intern at Dream Monks, you will support the design team in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. This internship role is on-site and based in Noida, where you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting in user research, preparing wireframes and mockups, contributing to interaction and visual design, and participating in design reviews. You will help build and refine prototypes, align designs with brand and usability guidelines, and support front-end teams by clearly documenting design specifications. The internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn modern tools, workflows, and best practices in UI and UX design.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design to create clear, engaging interface layouts.
• Ability to design and refine interactive Prototyping flows for web and mobile products.
• Foundational knowledge of User Experience Design (UED), including usability, user flows, and information architecture.
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and openness to feedback.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
