UI/UX + Creative Designer

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer in a product or services company
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped digital products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development
• Experience creating user journeys, personas, and conducting usability testing
• Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working on SaaS products or enterprise web applications
• Familiarity with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions
• Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards
• Experience collaborating with developers in Agile environments
• Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Storybook
• Exposure to social media branding and content design (LinkedIn/Instagram posts, campaign creatives, digital marketing assets)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and design user-centric features
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready visuals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines
• Ensure consistency across all design outputs and touchpoints
• Work hand-in-hand with frontend developers to implement seamless user interfaces
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
• Contribute to brand-building efforts by designing social media posts, campaign assets, and marketing visuals aligned with [REDACTED]'s identity
