UI & UX Specialist

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web applications. Your main tasks will include developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research, usability testing, and ensuring that designs adhere to brand guidelines and best practices in usability and accessibility. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews, stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create detailed design documentation and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
