Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic

team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive

user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should possess a solid

understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs

into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Collaborate closely with managers and developers to understand user requirements and

design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user

experiences.

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups to visualize design

concepts.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a

related field.

Minimum 3+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design concepts.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation.
Robust communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to transform complex requirements into easy and intuitive user experiences.
