Required Skills

 Design Mastery: Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products, ideally in complex

software, enterprise, or B2B environments. Your portfolio shows strong hands-on execution

as well as the ability to think across broader product ecosystems. Figma Expertise: Strong practical expertise with Figma, including components, auto-layout,

prototyping, and design libraries. You are able to create meaningful concepts quickly -

from rough idea to interactive flow.

 AI Curiosity: Strong interest and experience in evolving traditional design workflows

through the thoughtful use of AI. You are curious about and gained first experience in using

AI-supported and agentic workflows to improve speed, iteration, and design effectiveness.

 Technical Literacy: You should be familiar with front-end technologies for web and mobile

such as HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, with Blazor as a plus, and be able to work confidently

with engineering teams while understanding the constraints and possibilities of modern

software development.

 User-Centric Mindset: You care deeply about usability, clarity, accessibility, and

consistency, and know how to balance user needs with business and technical realities.

 Standardization Skills: You enjoy building patterns, libraries, WCAG-compliant

components and guidelines that others can use, and you understand how standards and

reusable elements help scale good design.

 Prototype-Driven Working Style: You use prototypes not just as design artifacts, but as

tools for communication, alignment, and early validation. Spot UI fidelity issues early, in

the prototyping phase, and solve them with production-quality code before they become

technical debt.

 Collaboration Strength: You are comfortable working across disciplines, products, and

distributed teams, and can communicate design decisions in a clear and pragmatic way.
