Key Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business and user requirements.
• Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive web and mobile applications following UI/UX best practices.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Create dashboards, enterprise applications, landing pages, presentations, and marketing creatives.
• Participate in usability testing and continuously improve designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-driven design practices.

AI Expectations

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar tools.
• Ability to leverage AI for research, ideation, UX writing, wireframing, and design exploration.
• Understanding of AI-powered user experiences, including chatbots, AI assistants, and personalized interfaces, is a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
• Expertise in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, FigJam, or similar tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Design Systems, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Experience designing SaaS, fintech, or enterprise products.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, B.E., BCA, or equivalent.
• 35 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

Portfolio A strong portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate
