UI Designer

Lead UI design for web and mobile applications, ensuring user-centered interfaces that are visually compelling and functional. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Maintain a cohesive UI design system to ensure consistency across all product interfaces. Conduct design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and iterate on solutions to optimize usability. Mentor junior designers on best practices and technical skills. Stay current with industry trends and design tools to improve design processes.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of professional UI design experience.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of UI principles, typography, and color theory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale.
