Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Trainee Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about communication, sales, and talent acquisition. As a Trainee Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various US-based clients while learning the fundamentals of US Staffing and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Understand client requirements and match candidates with appropriate job opportunities.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters/clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and onboarding.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment activity targets.
• Learn and adhere to US Staffing processes, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and team leads to achieve hiring goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates are welcome).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or BPO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift (US Time Zone).
