B.Com graduate (mandatory) with knowledge of accounting and its principles, including understanding of debit and credit, journal entries, and ledgers; basic knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is preferred; working knowledge of MS Excel; detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to support day-to-day accounting activities under guidance
