Trade Operations Manager

Manager - Centralized Trade Operations| Ernakulam Responsible for day to day Transaction within TAT, processing of the vertical being handled, customer delivery and compliance to process. Responsible for volume mgt, processing by checking and verifying documents in line with the trade requirements of respective products within regulatory guidelines, BG, receivables, SCM, IM/EX txns, IN/OUT remittances, Capital a/c txn. Ensuring txns are processed & queries are resolved within TAT, thereby accountable for quality customer service & experience. Smooth onboarding of customers and problem resolving. Maintain a clean portfolio by ensuring follow-up with the sales teams & customers on regulatory documentation & reporting. Maintain records & registers for regulatory audits. Ensure the returns to be filed are tracked are in shape for submission. Followup & escaltion on submission to complete IDPMS/EDPMS/ODI,FDI,ECBs freq based returns etc.AML monitoring to ensure risks associated with FATF,ML/Terrorist Financing/Sanction risks get reviewed with stakeholders for approval/rejection. Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate Preferable CDCS qualified/ Trade IIBF certification, JAIIB, CAIIB Experience: 8 to 12 years Experience Level Mid Level
