Threat Hunter and Threat Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Threat Hunter and Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our cybersecurity team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in proactively identifying and mitigating threats to our organization, as well as analyzing and interpreting threat intelligence data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct proactive threat hunting activities to identify potential threats within the organization's infrastructure.
• Analyze threat intelligence data to provide insights and recommendations for improving security posture.
• Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Develop and maintain threat models based on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Produce detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for remediation and mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest threat intelligence trends and security technologies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat hunting and threat intelligence.
• Proficient in using threat intelligence platforms and tools (e.g., MISP, ThreatConnect).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.
• Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK stack) for log analysis and incident detection.
• Understanding of malware analysis and reverse engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis tasks.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
