Territory Manager, Partner Relations

• Role Description

Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for driving franchise growth within the assigned territory by acquiring new franchisees and business development via these partners. The role focuses on revenue generation, franchisee sales, and business development through client acquisition and cross‑selling of products. The TM ensures smooth on boarding, training, operational coordination, compliance adherence, and effective issue resolution while maintaining alignment with regulatory and organizational policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Acquiring New Franchisees & Business development via these partners

# Responsible for Revenue & growth of the franchisees

# Conduct prospects meetings for franchisee sales

# Support franchisee for Business development, new client account opening & cross-selling of all Products # Ensure smooth onboarding, training and support to new franchisees

# Handle operational co-ordination, Compliance & issue resolution

# Ensure adherence to all the regulatory & organization policies

# Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

# 3 – 5 years’ experience in financial services, broking or BFSI - Domain Knowledge: broking, Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Operations & Risk management, Compliance, Communication Skills (Must be well versed in Hindi, local & English language, articulate in a professional manner both written & verbal), Resourcefulness , Convincing Skills , Analytical skills

# Preference will be given to candidates who have NISM Certifications

# Mandatory certifications must be acquired as per the Industrial Certification policy of the Company.
