We have an urgent requirement for a Telecom Security Analyst - Regulatory (L2) position with one of our prominent telecom clients.

Position Overview

• Role: Telecom Security Analyst - Regulatory (L2)
• Experience: 4+ Years
• Location: Mumbai (Onsite/Hybrid as per company policy)

Mandatory Screening Criteria (Must-Haves)

• Telecom Regulatory Audits: Direct hands-on experience preparing for annual DoT (Department of Telecommunications) security audits, inspections, and compiling mandated artifacts.
• Compliance Frameworks: Strong working knowledge of security directives from NCIIPC, CTI, TEC, and CERT-In. Experience managing data submissions like CDR, SDR, IPDR, and IP MPLS security.
• Technical Security & VAPT: Core experience conducting Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing (VAPT) across telecom interfaces (4G, 5G, FTTX, Office LAN) using tools like Nessus, Qualys, and Burp Suite.
• System Hardening: Proven experience in system hardening following CIS Benchmarks and MBSS (Minimum Baseline Security Standards) controls.
• Infrastructure Security: Solid understanding of security practices across VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud architectures.
• Domain Exposure: Deep familiarity with telecom transport and radio network nodes, including RAN, Microwave, UBR, ILD, and Cable Landing Stations (CLS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA, or CISM are highly preferred.
