Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect Generative AI & Java with 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, Java, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI SDLC. The candidate should be capable of defining secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions and establishing effective AI development, testing, and delivery practices.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture, with a strong Java/Spring Boot background.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application architecture, particularly Anthropic Claude / Claude API.
• Strong and proven understanding of AI Ways of Working and AI SDLC, covering the complete AI lifecycle from AI use-case identification, feasibility, solution design, prompt engineering, development, testing, LLM evaluation, security validation, deployment, observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to define and establish AI engineering practices, standards, governance, and delivery methodologies across development teams.
• Experience implementing AI-first development and testing practices, including prompt testing, LLM evaluation, RAG validation, hallucination detection, AI security testing, and regression testing.
• Strong knowledge of AI testing and quality engineering, including Claude response evaluation, prompt injection testing, guardrail validation, accuracy, relevance, performance, and reliability testing.
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, Tool/Function Calling, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of AI Security, Responsible AI, data privacy, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with AI/LLM observability, including monitoring quality, latency, token usage, cost, failures, and production performance.
• Knowledge of AI development and testing technologies such as Claude API, AWS Bedrock, DeepEval, Ragas, JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured, Postman, and Python.
• Strong experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and working with globally distributed engineering teams.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI architecture, solution patterns, standards, and technical roadmaps.
• Establish AI SDLC and AI ways of working covering design, development, testing, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI APIs.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, databases, and event-driven platforms.
• Evaluate and integrate Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, and other LLM platforms.
• Define AI standards for Prompt Engineering, Responsible AI, security, governance, and data privacy.
• Define AI testing and evaluation strategies, including accuracy, hallucination, prompt, security, performance, and regression testing.
• Establish AI/LLM observability for quality, performance, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with globally distributed Agile and DevOps teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years in Software / Solution / Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices experience.
• Robust knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Architecture, and AI SDLC.
• Experience with AI ways of working, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Strong understanding of AI development, AI testing, model evaluation, Responsible AI, security, and governance.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.

AI Development & Testing Technologies

Development: Java, Spring Boot, Python, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, MCP, LangChain/LangGraph, Kafka.

Testing: JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured, Postman, Prompt Testing, LLM Evaluation, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, DeepEval, Ragas, or similar frameworks.
