Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Recruiter role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, specifically designed for freshers and aligned with night shift operations. The Tele-Recruiter will handle outbound and inbound calls to identify, engage, and screen candidates for various client requirements, primarily in the US staffing domain.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding job descriptions, sourcing candidates from internal databases and external platforms, conducting initial telephonic screenings, and scheduling interviews. The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, updating recruitment trackers, and coordinating closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes. The Tele-Recruiter is expected to adhere to shift schedules, meet daily and weekly targets, and maintain professional communication standards throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and listening skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette suitable for night shift work.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to quickly learn recruitment and CRM software.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, including a professional and respectful approach when interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand job requirements and match suitable profiles effectively.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent are preferred; fresh graduates or final-year students with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
