Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in Day Shift IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end technical hiring, sourcing niche IT talent, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial technical interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
• Achieve hiring targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment (Day Shift).
• Strong experience hiring for IT technologies across multiple skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
