Technical Product Management - Trainee

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

Stipend: ₹15,000/month

Duration: 6 Months

PPO: Up to ₹3.5 LPA based on performance

We're looking for a Technical Product Management Intern who enjoys building products and understands how software is developed. This role is ideal for someone with a coding background who wants to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to define product requirements, understand technical trade-offs, and help deliver high-quality features. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete product lifecycle while working on real-world products.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Work with Product Managers to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to understand technical feasibility and implementation approaches.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify product opportunities.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization.
• Review product implementations with developers and assist in resolving functional gaps.
• Coordinate with Design, QA, and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Assist in product testing, feature validation, and post-release analysis using product metrics and user feedback.

RequirementsFinal-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Must have hands-on coding experience in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Go, etc.).

Knowledge of frontend, backend, or full-stack development through internships, projects, coursework, or personal work.

Understanding of software development concepts, APIs, databases, version control (Git), and the software development lifecycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical discussions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Passion for Product Management, technology, and building user-centric products.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
