Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and Laravel, along with proficiency in React and cloud technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while ensuring high-quality code and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Manage database design and optimization using SQL.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
• Implement version control using Git and manage project tasks through Jira.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in PHP and Laravel.
• Strong experience with React.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies.
• Database knowledge with SQL.
• Experience with Docker.
• Proficient in Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Jira for project management.
• Experience using AI tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of C# is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of relevant work experience in full stack development.
• Able to lead the team, identify goals and strategies for engineering, provide directions (technical and management) to the team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
